From time to time my thought slow down until i can feel the silence in my head.during the time it lasts everything feels strange dreamy as though your high.familiar things seem strange and there is trouble understanding.main thing is i feel like i am in a dream.i beleive it is similar to weed as i have done that once.i am not sure what is the cause of this.i had feelings like this even before i was on medication.any thoughts would help.Thank you.
