January, Ty for putting this up....at first I read it and it made me sad. As I could not remember laughing at the end. I laugh alot, so I knew there had to be something funny to remember.
Into my mind came the story of when my Mom first became ill. Every weekend we would travel 3 hours one way 3 hours back. Stay the weekend with them. Does not sound like much , but with 2 young kids it was at times.
Anyways, she slept in the living room, "hospital bed" and about 10 or 11 at night we were watching Tv with my kids.
Not much on at that hour for kids, so when my son turned on a cartoon. My Mom and I said how nice they put cartoons on for kids this late.
Half way threw the little cartoon people got a little bad.Swearing and other things. It was one of the first years of "SOUTH PARK"
My son was 10 ,my daughter 12.I think. They knew what they were watching.
OMG......My Mom and I laughed so hard...till we cryed.....
of course had to pull it together and make them change the channel and go too bed........
TY for making me remember there was still good times,
For I love to laugh........
