Yeah maybe you are right. Maybe I should just stay on the meds. My life is good at the moment, I am making progress. I don't want to go back to square one and sit there doing art in a day hospital again.
I just really want to be normal again and not on any meds and put the whole thing behind me and move on. I don't know what to do. I'll talk to my doctor about this next time. I definitely want to reduce it to 10 though. Would 10mg be enough?
