Hello, I'm 22 y/o and I currently have depression. I need opinions on what to do because everyday I say I will do something to change my life but I end up in my bed the whole day.

Someone help me,I've been like this for 3 months going to 4 months.I have a career but I do not feel comfortable getting a job yet.

Also I forgot to mention that I am new to this forum. Another thing is that I am on Wellbutrin for 3 weeks and I haven't seen an improvement.
