(((hugs))) I understand trying meds that just don't work I had some terrible issues because the doc didn't believe I was struggling and convinced me to stay on it longer... I WON'T do that ever again!

Have you tried the herbal route? I have trouble with synthetics, and also with fillers in generics. They can cause terrible reactions for me, so the pure herbs often help. (Sometimes they aren't as strong and I have to make sure I take enough. Talk to the professional in the health store, or find an MD who is homeopathic as well.

Do you pray out loud for your son, and your family...in front of him/family? Perhaps knowing God is involved will give calm and strength.
