Your obgyn sounds like a terrible physician. See if you can find someone better.
Not all psych meds are contraindicated in pregnancy and very few of them are true teratogens. Maternal depression is at least as dangerous to babies as antidepressants are. It is possible to take care of your pregnancy and your mental health simultaneously.
See if you can get options counselling from someone whose only agenda is to help you find clarity and understand what your various options would mean for your future.

The question is not whether you would be a perfect parent but whether you have it in you to become an adequate one. Are you able to commit fully and wholeheartedly to the project of parenting a child and if so, can you reasonably expect to be able to provide the love, stability and safety a child needs? Finally, do you want to?
