I'm not on super high doses of meds (6 mg Abilify, 400 mg Seroquel, 1 mg Risperidone) but it's a little strange that I'm on 3 APs. Even my pdoc thinks it's strange and is a little concerned about increased side effects, but for now she's keeping me on it because it seems to be working.
