I have never had my memory affected by AD's. That is something you should talk to your doc about.
Mine is also very cyclical and seasonal. Even in spring and summer though. I have had many many major episodes in my life. It is a constant battle for me. Many changes in meds. Feeling like being on the edge on things sliding out of control sounds like the sense of impending doom I get with bad anxiety. Even afraid to drive when I get like that for fear something will go wrong.
