I know some people on here have very bad thoughts when anxiety hits them. I read and heard a lot of statements to change the thoughts to positive ones, that works for me at bedtime but when I'm working through out the day anxiety hits me the hardest.
Usually before bedtime is when I say affirmations in my head and it helps keep the thoughts away until I nod off. I'm struggling with how to do this in the day time. Anyone with experience in this mind directing me towards some information or telling me how you do it.
