I'm sorry to hear you're in such a dark place....been there. Just wanted to share some coping skills I learned alone the way that worked for me...taking a hot shower/bath....turning on your music...going for a drive (a change of scenery usually helps distract your mind!)...watching a movie (again, the distraction!)...anything to calm yourself and not become so overwhelmed that you do something you regret later.
