So I've put it off for around 3 weeks now....the other night I went to go hang out with a guy I met and we had a couple beers. I knew I had to head home that night so after we had a couple at the bar but then we drank more, it was a badly planned idea and there was some drama getting home, not with him...but cops stopped me and had my mom pick me up cause I was a little overly drunk but I didn't get in trouble but it was kind of embarrasing...

Anyways before we went and drank more beers we stopped in a 7-11 and I went to the bathroom I was only a little tipsy at this point so I am thinking the floor must have been wet or something as well but I fell head first into a corner of the bathroom with hard tile and hit my head...that left me some head pain but its healed up.........the problem is my neck it hurts to move it even normal amounts so thinking I hurt it somehow that way there is also a bit of pain in my upper back that seems to correlate with it. but it was like 3 weeks ago, probably should have gone to the doctor already, either way it still hurts so I probably should
