Exercise.
I know this sounds absolutely ridiculous! I'm bipolar type two and I understand how debilitating fatigue can be in depression. Yesterday I was that exhausted I felt like every single cell in my body had given up on me. I average about 16 hours sleep a day in depression and its still not enough. My mind can't function and my motivation is non existant. Try your hardest to get out there and go for a walk. Get your heart rate up, even go for a sleep afterwards if it exausts you. Then try again. Jog. Run, one session of yoga, anything. In my experience once you get in to a little bit of a routine that fatigue starts to ease off a little and it helps you function during the day.
Its just that first push to get out there that's the hurdle! Xxx
