Whenever I see questions like this, I am puzzled that people do not ask about which kind of PARENTING is easiest, etc. In my experience, as a kid, the quality of our parenting was the real issue - not the qualities of us kids. In some sense, all of us kids would have been EASY to raise if only our parents had been more adequate. So, I see the question and it's issues in reverse. Good parenting produces easy to raise kids - boy or girl! Bad parenting causes DIFFICULT kids. That may seem simplistic but it's the way things were in our family!
