in any way but remember/
keep reminding yourself that you've handled
far tougher things than this!!

I mean
how far you've come............and
how well you've started doing again since you got home!!
But a plan, hey??

Maybe you could schedule in some things to do?? And walking the dog has to be in there somewhere as well, right?? Morning........
maybe after the visit from the crisis team, to let you get a breather if it's stressful or give you time to think more "freely"??
And maybe agree with your wife that she's going to call you when she gets there/on her way back just for that connection??
And..........well a few other things planned in there- things you
might/
could enjoy however small??
As long as they don't interfere with you coming back to us and getting support here if you need it!!
So you won't be on your own anyway,
you'll have us!!
