Virus sorry you are having problems. I understand how frustrating that can be. Hope you find a way to get more sleep. That can help the problems you face.
Maybe getting medicine would smooth this situation over. Do you have insurance that you could go see a psychiatrist.
I used to get panic attacks when I was eating too many carbos and not enough protein. I find healthy meals or snacks with protein every 3-4 hours can diminish my outbreaks.
Unfortunately or fortunately we all find eventually that we can't get away from the problem because we carry it inside of us.
