Sorry for not being around
Voices are loud
My husband now locks the doors and keeps my bus pass
I cant go anywhere with out him
i cant go and see my psych until October because my husband has court in September and we cant change it he is a jury person
Am really struggling at the moment
Am taking my medication and am trying to go to the hearing voices groups
when i can going to other groups as well
saw my dad he made me promise that i will not go missing again
he didn't understand my reasons for it

People in the living room want me to hurt my husband cant say anything he will be mad
telling me to go to bed he always tell me to go to bed even when am not tired
