I do not understand why your doctors did this but I would call them and explain your situation. I would tell them you are moving and that you will need enough medication to tide you over for the relocation. You should also ask for a referral to a pdoc in the area where you will be moving to. It seems to me you should not be left without necessary medication. I do hope you can get everything you need taken care of. Best of wishes.
