I'm beginning my second semester of grad school this week. I had some ups and downs during the first term, but I still managed to do quite well. I'm unsure how it's going to be this time. I'm feeling without energy this time around, maybe I'm thinking too much ahead. I worry too much, I'm also prone to anxiety. I guess I'm feeling down because I feel that school is the only prospect in my life. I don't really have any friends. I don't really go out. I'm pretty much by myself all day. social anxiety? I would really love to have good friends and a nice girlfriend (she is way out of my reach and that left me heart broken, deeper into depression). Please some comments on how to adjust.
