I think that when we first wake up, there's an uncertainty of the future or a fear of the unknown, of what might or might not happen. Then, the fear turns into depression, because maybe it's easier to give up than to feel that anxiety. Then, if there's something we have to do that day, things get better - we can't dwell if we have to hurry up and get ready to go somewhere where we are expected to be. Does this ring true to you?
