Yeah....I recently (and am still) entered what I can only call a mixed state...it started as hypo....and it appeared to come on slowly...like I was feeling a bit off for a day or two...anxiety would be strangely tired and then strangely wide awake (at odd hours)....and then wham-o, I was scrambling around the house cleaning, organizing. I decided to organize all my music files from mine and my wife's phone, etc etc...but then a few hours later, I wouldn't be able to keep my eyes open....and didn't want to do anything but curl up and ignore the world....and I have been sort of swinging back and forth like that for a couple weeks.
So...maybe that helps....maybe not.
