At work, they are doing ice bucket challenges and I am really scared I will get nominated. They are making each colleague do it and then be filmed on facebook. If I turn it down they will all say I am a spoilsport but I don't like the idea of being put up on facebook and doing it. How do i go about if some idiot does nominate me?
