Hi Irishj. I hope your doc can find something else for you. When my doctor recommended Seroquel to me, she wanted me to take it at night because she said it would make me very tired. It is sometimes prescribed as a sleep aid because it's so sedating.

I'm like you with the non-drowsy antihistamines, btw. They sedate me too.
