I blog, on my own site - link in sig. I've done it for a few years. I find it really helps me, and I get the occassional e-mail from someone who said it helped them.

The really cool part is that blog, led to an offer to blog for Hazelden, which is a big treatment centre and publisher.

It also led me to get a book deal, the contracts for which I just signed.
