I am afraid that it is very common for the SSRI's as Paxil is. In my experience the SSNRI's are not any better. As a guy for many years I kind of liked the difficulty with orgasm as I could stay up much longer. I think for women it is more frustrating. I have been taking them for 20 years and it has gotten worse for me. ED. Although recently with Fetzima it seems to be better. That at least gives me hope that it is not irreversible. A trade off I have made. Since the ED thing started I have no been in a relationship so not a huge deal. It would be if I were to get in one and I don't know what I will do.
The only modern ones I know that don't have that effect is Wellbutrin and Remeron. Maybe Cymbalta, I am not sure.
