Sounds a lot like my predicament. I've lost a girlfriend of 4 years over it, she couldn't take it anymore (she was a super-organized type A personality). She was studying to be a teacher and was the one to point out that I might have a problem when she saw the warning signs in me. I've had utilities shut off, and failed college courses, even ones in my major that I was interested in. I even went canoeing once just to forget the life preservers. We went back to get them but then at the lake I realized that I had forgotten the paddles. Doh! I had even made a list of things to bring but somehow forgot to write paddles on the list. I only have two classes to pass and I'll graduate but I am dangerously close to not meeting the GPA requirement for my major. At least you are finding out about it while you are young, not that I'm old of course. I've only known about it for about 6 months now and I'm 27. I have to write everything (everything!) down or I'll forget. I put events in my phone so that it beeps at me when I have an appointment, otherwise I'll forget to go to class. Get some kind of system in place and stick to it! I am on medication but my doctor is still working on the exact formulation and dosage. Sorry, I don't mean to scare you but I'm just relating my experiences. Hang in there, you aren't alone!
