I'm taking my regular, needed day off from activities. My therapist and I decided that I could make a small plan in the evening, for the next day. I could concentrate on feeling good in the morning by focusing on "News and goods" and "What I'm looking forward to." I have some things I am looking forward to but not for today. I have trouble filling my time. I want to sleep more, but because of acid reflux, my doctor says I should not lie down till 2-1/2 or 3 hours after a meal. Anyone got any ideas what to do on our quiet time days off?
