Yeah I suppose being more resourceful would help...take advantage of coupons...lol if I can seriously get free undergarments via victorias secret catalogs or at least a major cost reduction I would...seems like the have things I would like better then a package of underwear from wal-mart. But yeah I guess looking into various catalouges and coupons different companies offer could certainly help me supplement my budget and what not.
