Life is life. Therapy is part of life, social media is part of life. We're not separate beings. So one's therapist puts their pants on one leg at a time, so what? Those with a problem with social media know they have a problem but instead of doing anything about it, staying off social media or whatever, they blame the gun instead of themselves. Yesterday I ate four doughnuts at once, blowing my diet. That's me, not the doughnuts fault. If I don't have enough willpower to only eat one doughnut like I planned, then I need to not buy doughnuts or something (this morning I chose to throw out the remaining doughnuts). Like my stepmother observed about my alcoholic brother, "Nobody is holding a gun to his head making him walk down the street the liquor store is on!".
