well I have been on all of them except Lexapro for an extended period of time and I am very sensitive to meds...I usually get every side effect there is and none of those have made me shake...but I would talk to your doctor about it...I am currently doing Geodon wellbutrin and klonopin and the combo doesn't seem to affect me either..good luck
