I usually didn't throw up when nervous, its a recent thing. I know, I cant help if I upchuck lol, but seeing the disgusted expressions was what really made me feel bad. I have faced a ton of triggers since I got here (to the university) like driving at night, crowds, being alone, and a lot of changes all at once, yet my anxiety attacks have been minimal. Looks like I just really needed a change
