I took two pills of Zolpidem (Ambien). I have weird reaction even if I take onepill, doc prescripted me this for sleep year ago but I didn't take it because of derealisation.
Yesterday I took it and yeah there came derealisation, I wrote down all my thoughts and it was about my childhood, I felt like I'm in my countryside where I lived like when I was a child. My mother came to my room and she didn't look like herself (when I took this med people always look weird) and I started to tell her she is not human and tried to explain who she is. It's hard to remember what we talked because Zolpidem cause loss of memory while taken. I will ask her what sh** I was talking
Anyway I think it's interesting and something like therapy with myself but it's not for everyone, people can damage their psyche doing this stuff.
I will try mushrooms too someday, I hope I won't have panic attack what I usually had when abused meds years ago.
