I find that people can be disgusted by the most natural things, feeling sick, toileting, not showering, sexual things (guilty of that one), when did we lose touch of natural human things.
Ah, university,

yep I completely empathise with you on that one, but you can battle through it I personally feel like achievements of getting on a course and enduring university for people who have anxiety issues, is overlooked as a commendable thing.
Pat yourself on the back for the things you did that day

whether it was small to someone else so what stuff them, it's about how you can finding coping skills and enjoy your entitled time there.
Some days might be crap, but hey, you have another thing to deal which some people do not understand or feel shady about, that's anxiety.
Perhaps some coping skills and distractions might just be learned by accident- all else fails hit the library.
The recreational sports/fitness/wellbeing stuff you are doing might take the edge off your nerves whilst studying and socialising.
