Hey there, and welcome to PC ! This really is a great place for us borderline folks. You'll meet plenty of cool and compassionate people here.
My first and probably most important advice for you is to treat recovery from BPD as a process and to acknowledge that it takes on the order of years (sometimes decades). And, there is no such thing as a cure for BPD. We have to learn to cope with our problematic symptoms and make life better for ourselves. It's a lot of hard work, with guaranteed ups and downs.
Have you looked into DBT ? It's the one proven treatment option for BPD. Are you seeing a therapist now ?
If you have any specific questions, feel free to PM me. Once again, welcome !
