seems the same to me. racing haunting thoughts, depression, mania, those sometimes ever present "push to do 'it'" scenarios, isolation, distrust, hospitalizations etc. i know though that medication does help. unfortunately either paranoia or distrust or the combination keeps me far away from those mental health professionals aka people who want to help me.

Hey Lovelyst -

Short from reading my mind as well as what I LIVE and BREATH every second of the day, I can't help but stand right next to you on the 'push to do it' issue. Trust me. I'm SO SO SO tired of being pushed. I'm tired of the med issues. I'm tired of the thoughts - the paranoia, the racing, the flying, the scatter-brained EVERYTHING.....

I don't want to say anything negative to feed into our issues, but whoever said 'mind over matter' needs to take a walk in OUR shoes for once....

We're all here for ya as well. We can relate, we can understand, and we KNOW...
Niko
