I just got one of those e-cigs. Seems to work quite well. There is no doubt smoking is having a pretty big impact with some of my negative symptoms short term whilst waiting for my referral. Largely managing to avoid triggers for my persecutory delusions too but that might change tomorrow as I'm going back to my flat for a few days at least.
