There is no clinical evidence that homeopathy is of any health benefit.
A well-known comparison of 110 clinical trials of homeopathy, matched with 110 clinical trials of evidence-based medicine for the same health conditions, concluded that:
"there was weak evidence for a specific effect of homoeopathic remedies, but strong evidence for specific effects of conventional interventions. This finding is compatible with the notion that the clinical effects of homoeopathy are placebo effects."

Summary - there is no evidence that homeopathy is effective.
Osteopathy (which emmyk mentioned) is not the same as homeopathy. It is a type of complementary and alternative medicine which primarily consists of moving, stretching and massaging a person’s muscles and joints.
I don't know of any evidence that shows that it is of benefit to people who have mental health issues.
It may help you but (as always) discuss that option with an evidence-based health professional before you try it.
