Hi, I take 10mg in the night, and sometimes 5mg throughout the day if I need it. Zyprexa has worked really well for me, it's helped bring my positive symptoms under control to the point where they are manageable most of the time, sometimes I am still bothered by the voices, the racing thoughts, the disorganization, etc. though, and the Prozac I take in combination helps with the depression and other negative symptoms. The biggest side effect for me is weight gain, I've gained about 50 pounds in a year, and drowsiness when I first started it, although the longer you take it, the less drowsy you feel.
