You sound like me. I am off work today. I had plans to do all sorts of things but I was so exhausted I spent most of the day in bed. Unstructured time means I struggle to get off the couch. Hope you are feeling better soon. Holidays can be hard when they mess up your therapy schedule. Hugs to you.
