Welcome to PC. I'm sorry that you are feeling the way you are right now. By posting here, you have reached out to others and that's a good start to helping yourself.

Since you didn't share much personal info, if you are not in therapy now, it might be a good thing to look into. There are also some wonderful medications out there to help you get through your difficult times so you can work on your issues and heal.

There are many wonderful people here who care and want to extend a friendly hand to folks. I hope you stay around and take some time to read the forums or join in the chatroom.
