Hi! I'm new here and I just have a question on whether I have stress or not. I feel as though I am overthinking some of the symptoms I think are of stress. Also, I feel I am being too self-conscious or even self-centered because I think I have stress.
I don't think I have too much work to do (oh I am in high school) or any major (personal) problems.
I DO feel like I'm stressed and through the glorious Internet it seems like some of the stress symptoms seem to match to sometimes what I feel (physically and mentally)

On a side note, I have had a long habit (I can remember since grade 7, I believe)of picking (and I hate to admit sometimes eating) the skin around my fingers. I've found some people who do that as well and I thought it's just a nasty habit I picked up (maybe from killing the habit of biting my nails which surprisingly I have stopped doing). Again kudos to people who can answer my questions. Thank you
