I'm not really bad when it comes to self-esteem but I am definitely not good. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to overcome being self conscious because now a days I can't even talk to people without feeling bad about myself and I am constantly checking that I look okay and am acting ok and I look at everyone else and compare myself which I don't think is normal, is it? Just if anyone has any tips or anything it would help! I get really anxious even with just simple tasks like going to the shops or walking the dog incase I see someone I know or if someone makes a comment about me or something (which is me probably being a little bit paranoid). But like I've said if you can give advice or your own experiences on how to overcome (or control and lessen) self-consciousness and have a better image of yourself then that would help thanks
