You are absolutely, 110% NOT rubbish, or anything even remotely close to that! You are such a good caring person and i hate to see you hurting like this ... you don't deserve this. Just remember that you have SO many people on here (and outside) that care about you and love you. Sometimes its hard to remember that when we are feeling so down .. but just know that you will always have our support, and just keep reminding yourself that you are not this horrible person that you are feeling.
