I have mentioned this before but I sometimes think that the only reason why I go to Therapy is to have someone to talk to, especially when I don't have many issues to talk about. I was wondering if anyone else has ever felt the exact same way. I will say though that now that I am only going to Therapy once a month I really don't have that issue (always seem to have important things to discuss).
