- Pump iron at the gym for an hour
- After the workout, pop 4 x Tramadol 50 mg (prescribed for my lower back pain)
- Light some Japanese sandalwood incense in the bathroom
- Get this playing in the bathroom:

- In the shower, let some warm/hot water pour onto the base of my neck for a few minutes

Doesn't get much better than that for me It's nice to be in the eye of the storm once in a while.
