I'm sorry you've had a scare about this. I know that awful uneasy feeling of potential disaster looming and being able to do very little about it.

I completely agree this highlights her vulnerability and think what she did was unhelpful and unprofessional.

If she was forwarding an evacuation order, I might be more understanding. What she is inadvertently seeming to do instead is fear-mongering, never helpful.

You are as capable as learning about these things or not as you see fit from the news or Facebook or any other number of sources.

I would not want my T as a news outlet.
