Hello madqueer and welcome to PC I think it is definitely possible that your meds could be decreasing your sex drive, but I also think the meds could affect your feelings towards your partner. I know when I was on meds and with my partner I felt little and that affected us. It is also possible that you are falling out of love. I think you'll have to just really think about how you feel and if you want to continue to be with your partner. Maybe you could try couples counseling?
