Anytime someone is mean to me, I try to think about why they'd do that. I know for me in the past, when I was mean to people (and boy was I a mean woman years ago) it was because I found something lacking in myself. It boosted my self-esteem to put down another. Maybe thats the case with these people sending these emails. They get a rush out of being mean to someone because they're so down on themselves.

I wish I could post that bumper sticker here, "Mean People Suck".

As a reformed "mean girl" I hate to see this stuff. It takes a lot of energy to mean, and its very draining. So much easier to be nice.
