My T mentioned NPD traits to me.... and I see them....

My T hasn't even mentioned what can help people with NPD traits... Except that he suggested people with NPD traits might make good salesmen and comedians.

What helps me is to try to determine what may have lead me to develop these traits in the first place... People with NPD traits can be troublemakers and harmful to others... so, I try to be very careful about how I treat those around me...
