Hi all,
I'm feeling REALLY OUT OF CONTROL right now-I get unnecessary anxiety which then spreads to others.
Take earlier this afternnon=I was sitting at the computer and saw a LARGE DOG at the door. So I went outside to say hi to her. Then everybody got involved, it seemed, in trying to get the number off her tag to call the owner. We reached him and then she took off down the street.
I don't know why I do that-my T says to be mindful of situation but it's HARD TO DO! I'm going to talk to the doc when I see her next month-maybe I need stronger meds?
