My voices are quite bad today... I had a poor nights sleep which has upped my stress levels so I'm sure that is a trigger.

The whole sensory gating thing with cigarettes seems to hold true, my mind is a lot quieter & the voices are quieted somewhat but I can't rely on it as it'll make my asthma worse. I've tried using my Nicorette Quickmist which is ok but sometimes seems too strong as I've not really been smoking much. Same deal with the 7mg patch. I've smoked enough now that I'll get withdrawals, so sort of a catch 22. I might see if half a patch works later.

I think I'm going to go back to bed for a bit, feel awful.
